Process for making Cedar Point Scout Camp reservations.
All reservations must be made by phone or in person with the Twin Valley Council
office.
Units CAN NOT mail the Applications
For Use form and payment without notifying the office first. These
applications will be returned to the units without a reservation made.

Once the office has been contacted, units will have 10 days to return
the "Application For Use" form and payment. After 10 days the reservation
will be removed from the calendar. Units will be notified if this occurs.
Reservations are not complete until units receive a written confirmation
from the Council office.
The written confirmation will be sent to the Adult Leader listed on the
"Application For Use" form.
After the reservation is confirmed, it will then be listed on the
Council website, but not before!.
The reservation calendar is for informative
purposes only. What is listed on the website calendar is not a
complete listing of dates reserved.
Out of Council units can only make reservations 60 days prior to their
requested dates.
Reservations are not complete until you receive a
confirmation from the Council office and the reservation is listed on this web
site. All reservations are first-come, first-serve upon completed reservation forms and fee payment.
